Next Technology Group^® has acquired the TMC^® Italy Group

NEXT TECHNOLOGY GROUP^®, managed by the Palladini family, has acquired the TMC^® Italy Group, with the aim of becoming a leader in the production of dry transformers and inductors for medium and low voltage drives, in the railway, marine, and renewable energy sectors. The TMC^®Italy group will be operational from next September.
